Kitchen Tour

I only have 4 small squares of counter space, most of them permanently occupied by equipment. But mine is a ‘workshop’-stye kitchen. It’s all about making food quickly and efficiently, not about looking pretty!

Don’t look too close. It’s pretty dirty!

Deep fryer and flat top grill. My new fryer is even bigger than this one. It can deep fry a small turkey, rotisserie-style. Next to the grill is a try with a draining rack, as well as a collection of oils , spices andseasoned flour for deep frying
